Our Mission

It is our mission at Animal Health Care Center of Chillicothe to make life easier on you and your pet by accommodating ALL of your pet’s needs at one location from Veterinary Services to Boarding, Grooming and Health Products. We are committed to providing the best possible medical care to our patients to assist them in living longer and living better. We pledge to improve and expand our medical and surgical knowledge through continuing education and we will educate and communicate with our clients about their pets’ health care. We will share in and support the decisions clients make when choosing the best course of treatment for their pets. We realize how dear your pet is to you and we want to relieve you of any anxiety when your pet is in need of medical care. You will find the doctors and staff to be compassionate and caring, treating your pet as if it is their own.

Client Education and Client/Doctor Communication Encouraged

It is important that we hear from you how your pet or large animal is doing and any concerns you may have. It is also our responsibility and duty to communicate to you the information necessary to provide the best and most compassionate care for your animal. Our medical knowledge is of little use if we do not share and educate our clients on how best to care for their animals. Caring for your pet does not begin and end at our doors. It is continuous and requires prompt and open client/doctor communication.
